Adam was born in Kentucky, and raised in Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He attended high school in Denton, TX and college at Baylor University. After graduation he joined Central Freight Lines as a cost analyst and helped prepare them for their Initial Public Offering. In 2004, he joined the American Football Coaches Association and was nominated treasurer of the American Football Coaches Foundation soon thereafter. He takes care of the day to day accounting and financial aspects of both organizations, as well as overseeing the information technology staff. He completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2007. He was married in 2004, and has one son and two daughters.
